I've been decorating, designing, and crafting for over 20 years. It wasn't until 2014 that I obtained my LLC. Since then, I've kept my business private but now it's time to branch out. Allow me to reintroduce myself and help your KREATIVE ideas come to LIFE! Anything from bridal bouquets, custom centerpieces, ceiling draping, YOU NAME IT....Kreative Hands can do it. Please Read Carefully
This agreement is to ensure that your order is made under the terms and conditions that you arranged.
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED MUST BE ACCURATE. Any changes or cancellations must be made withing 24 HOURS of the order date.
A 50% DEPOSIT is required to hold your date. (DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE NONNEGOTIABLE). There is no refund from materials purchased or finished goods.
Payments must be made on time. Failure to do so will result in a 15% LATE FEE on the remaining balance.
Merchandise/Service promised by the agreed time/date or FULL REFUND WILL BE HONORED.
If event date or time is changed for any reason, I will honor the same terms and conditions, if my schedule permits.
Your signature is required to make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.
